Client Satisfaction Survey
The crucial role that SRC plays in the lives of those it serves was unequivocally validated by the 1,266 written and electronic responses of SRC clients to the 4,187 (480 more than in 2009) satisfaction surveys that the agency distributed in March 2011.
Individually and collectively, the high 30.24% response rate to these surveys, coupled with their narrative content, illustrate first-hand how SRC builds and delivers vital elements of community support for older adults and their caregivers across Jefferson County, the broader Denver metro region and in the foothills, as seen by the people who benefit from them directly as well as SRC volunteers.
Quality scores, while varying somewhat by program and ammenities offered in each, consistently met or exceeded 97 percent of "excellent" or "good" responses, in client satisfaction, for most attributes. This data is generated from Adult Day & Respite, Care Management, In-Home Care and Transportation services. Click on a program below to view its respective overall satisfaction rates.
