Home Care Coordinator in Evergreen

RN -  Part time

Seeking RN to provide nurse oversight for multiple non-profit Adult Day programs. Looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and respectful of seniors as well as supportive of families caregivers and staff. Would provide weekly C.N.A oversight and guidance for care plans and medication administration along with delegating tasks to C.N.A.s. May include calls to physicians and family caregivers, staff education, assistance with policy and procedures and assistance with compliance with state regulations. Nurse visits must occur between 8-5 M-F and can be scheduled to coordinate with other work schedules. Would require a total of 4-6 hours per week for two sites in metro area. Day Enrichment Program Support (Volunteer)

Make a difference in the lives of the aging and disabled in your community. Join the Adult Day and Respite Services (ADRS) team at the Seniors’ Resource Center (SRC) as a Day Enrichment Program Support Volunteer. The Day Enrichment Program Support Volunteer will provide meaningful one to one interaction, support participants in creative group projects as well as assist staff with planned and spontaneous activities thus enhancing the participant’s daily experience.
