In-Home Care Services Manager

F/T - Seeking MANAGER for program providing personal care & homemaking to older adults and disabled persons in their homes.  Team player with history of successfully managing quality services and a high level of responsibility.   Minimum three years comprehensive experience including strategic planning, staff supervision, marketing, budget management, evaluation & direction of service delivery.  Must have strong management skills, initiative, be effective & efficient, have excellent interpersonal skills & a proven history of working effectively with government & community entities.  Minimum two years prior experience with in-home based care.  Comprehensive record-management experience required.  Care Management experience and knowledge of Medicaid and healthcare systems preferable. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.  Must have own means of transportation for conducting home visits.   Clear background and suitable MVR required.  Limited weekend & evening work required. Site Supervisor for Adult Day

Full Time Site Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field, or equivalent experience, wanted to operate an Adult Day site for the DD population generally in the age range of 18 - 40.   Must specialize in working with adults having developmental disabilities. Req include: Must be an  organized, detail oriented, team player with history that indicates proven and excellent interpersonal, planning, and implementation skills. Required proficiencies include, but not limited to: recreational programming, managing operations and staff, regulatory compliance, solid computer skills,  ability to build and maintain a budget, ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, medication administration, accurate and complex record keeping, and effective relationship management with care-givers, vendors, and the various members of the community. Clear Background and good Motor Vehicle Record required. CDL not required, but a strong plus. Previous driving experience beneficial. Positions are based out of our Wheat Ridge office. Day Enrichment Program Support (Volunteer)

Make a difference in the lives of the aging and disabled in your community. Join the Adult Day and Respite Services (ADRS) team at the Seniors’ Resource Center (SRC) as a Day Enrichment Program Support Volunteer. The Day Enrichment Program Support Volunteer will provide meaningful one to one interaction, support participants in creative group projects as well as assist staff with planned and spontaneous activities thus enhancing the participant’s daily experience. The commitment will be two hours per week for three months time.
