Seniors’ Resource Center has five homelike
locations in metro Denver and the foothills that offer complete
adult day and respite services for aging adults and those with
developmental disabilities. Each weekday, the centers offer
a comprehensive set of activities filled with socialization,
fun, mental stimulation and physical exercise along with nutritious
meals, supported by a well-trained, caring staff.
This program provides a safe, welcoming, and affordable answer
for family caregivers and their loved ones.
Without
these services, many older adults suffering from physical and
cognitive challenges would not be able to stay in their own homes.
Seniors’ Resource Center staff members are specially trained
in caring for older adults suffering from the effects of stroke,
Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s
disease,
dementia, and other age-related conditions.
We also operate two centers that primarily serve developmentally
disabled young adults.
The Adult Day and Respite Services program
at Seniors’ Resource
Center helps older adults and developmentally disabled young
adults remain in the care of their family caregiver,
thus helping them maintain some of their independence and giving
the caregiver time to take care of other
responsibilities during the day.

Family members can become emotionally and
physically exhausted from caring for an elderly spouse or parent.
This stress can be reduced by enrolling the loved one in a
reliable and caring adult day program such as Seniors’ Resource
Center offers.
Having a break from caregiving allows family members to take
care of family, professional and other personal responsibilities
so they can maintain their ability to care for a loved one at
home longer. Adult Day and Respite Services also provides meaningful
activities, socialization and meals for adults who are cognitively
or physically impaired.
Seniors’ Resource Center’s goal is to provide a level
of care that is supportive of the individual living a full and
productive life. We recognize the importance of caregivers and
fully support their role. This support includes encouragement,
problem solving, access to educational resources, family fellowship
dinners and a complete referral service.
