Seniors' Resource Center Adult Day & Respite Services offers day programs to assists older adults with physical and cognitive challenges, and young adults with developmental disabilities, remain in their own homes with their families. A friendly, caring, and supportive staff care for people with Alzheimer's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other conditions.

They can assist with medications, eating, bathroom tasks, and other activities of daily living. A Certified Nurse Aide is available during all hours of operation. Other services available at an additional cost to participants and caregivers include massage therapy, haircuts, manicures, podiatry services and foot care.

Adult Day Services strives to provide a well-rounded program of activities which address the following areas: Physical Well-Being, Creative Endeavors, Social Connections, Mind Challenges and Spirituality. It also embraces a philosophy of supporting families in keeping their loved ones at home for as long as possible. Family support includes Caregiver Fellowship dinners, individual guidance, various educational opportunities, and referrals to community resources.

Service is available to individuals from the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park. Each site, certified by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment through annual surveys, is open Monday through Friday.
