Lovingly known as the Yellow House, SRC-Evergreen serves as one-stop shopping for senior and disabled services in the rural areas of Clear Creek, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park counties. As a private, non-profit entity, we provide person-focused, coordinated services to enhance independence, dignity and quality of life for older adults.

In 2008, SRC-Evergeen provided services to nearly 4,000 individuals. These services included delivery of Meals on Wheels, Minor Hope Repairs, over 50,000 transportation trips, 16,000 hours of Adult Day Services, 35,000 hours of In-Home Care Services, Meals at the Yellow House Cafe, Counseling and Care Navigation, Volunteer Programs, Senior Reach (mental health services) and the Low-Income Heating Assistance Program.
