Lovingly known as the Yellow House, SRC-Evergreen serves as one-stop shopping for senior and disabled services in the rural areas of Clear Creek, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park counties. As a private, non-profit entity, we provide person-focused, coordinated services to enhance independence, dignity and quality of life for older adults.

In 2010, SRC-Evergreen provided services to nearly 4,528 individuals. These services included delivery of Meals on Wheels, Minor Hope Repairs, Transportation trips, Adult Day Services, In-Home Care Services, Meals at the Yellow House Cafe, Counseling and Care Navigation, Volunteer Programs, Senior Reach (mental health services) and the Low-Income Heating Assistance Program.
