Yoga at Southwest Plaza Mall

The new center serves as a hub for seniors and caregivers in south Jefferson County to gather, learn, and interact. Programming and classes will be offered in order to enrich the lives of older adults.

Specific services that will be offered are Care Management Services, Caregiver Support, Wellness & Education Courses, Managing Health Issues, Medicare Part D Assistance,  Benefits Checkup, Reducing Stress & Boosting, Energy Courses, Senior Computer Lab, Energy Savers Workshops, Making Sense of Your Finances, AARP driver training courses, and many more senior services.

This site is located at 8501 West Bowles in Littleton and is on the ground level at the northwest entrance of the mall next to Dillard's.
