“The main purpose of the three musketeers was protection of the queen, but they were always quick with a joke and had a passion for life and a passion for love. They always got their job done, and had a good time doing it…” Rusty smiled and said, “I should have been one.”

SRC Transportation has a driving team full of musketeers. With drivers like Rusty, SRC Transportation Services work to continually provide a familiar face to assure a safe and enjoyable ride.

Rusty has been driving professionally in the Denver area for more than 32 years. He’s been with  Seniors’ Resource Center for a little over 6 years, working full-time and truly enjoying his job.

Outside of driving, Rusty loves everything about bicycles, and recently picked up golf– But Rusty’s main passion is his faith.

“The one thing most important to me is my faith and going to church on Sundays,” Rusty said. “I think that because of my Catholic upbringing, but that’s me in a nutshell.”

Rusty’s dedication to his faith shows brightly in his work as a driver. He is appreciative of each and every day, and shares his unique gift of compassion with those around him. His work at the Seniors’ Resource Center has become a part of him.

“It’s just me, it’s who I am,” said Rusty. “The experience I get when I help and transport people is a privilege.”

Rusty said that the overall experience of his riders is very joyful and laughed as he said, “what happens on the bus, stays on the bus.”
